Thank you…

from the bottom of my flowery heart for an incredible first flower season!  When I started my seeds, back in March, I really had no idea how this whole farming thing would turn out. I began with 3000 seedlings, and Ritual Blooms produced over 20,000 flowers between May and October on just 2/10’s of an acre.

I learned so much in season one….I learned Japanese beetles are my nemesis, beverage coolers are not for flowers, (which seems obvious when I think about it) and that manure is a huge risk…but more on all this later.

It is rumored that farmers live longer healthier lives because they are always building the future. While it’s only October, we are already preparing beds for spring and it’s the holiday orders from loved-ones, clients, and friends that help us make it to May.
