Step 1: PARTNERSHIP PROFILE

Fill out the inquiry form here. Ritual Blooms will email you a short questionnaire. (takes 5 minutes) Your responses help us better understand your vision, budget, & desires. After your questionnaire is complete, we check our calendar and confirm our availability for your wedding, within 24 hours.

Step 2: INITIAL CALL

If your date is available, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Return here and book your Initial Call. This 30 minute call, helps us refine all the details needed to create a custom wedding proposal for you.

Step 3: PROPOSAL

We will email a detailed flower proposal to you within a week of your initial call. Upon review, if you would like to work with Ritual Blooms, submit your deposit and schedule your design call using our appointment tool.

Step 4: DESIGN CALL

A deep dive into your flower dreams. (If you ordered A’la Carte flowers, this call will last approximately 30 minutes)

Step 5: VENUE VISIT (full-service florals only)

We will meet you, or your wedding planner, at your venue/s for a walk-through and to take measurements. Please use our appointment tool to book your venue visit.

Step 6: FINAL CALL

Book your final call, within six weeks of your wedding day. Our Final Call is a brief check-in and review of your order, this helps us ensure no detail is overlooked.

Step 7: YOUR WEDDING DAY

YOU DID IT! Today is the day you receive your beautiful flowers from Ritual Blooms. Now breathe, soak in the beauty, and enjoy every minute.
